• For Age Proof - 10th or 12th mark sheet original.

• For Address Proof

  a.) Ration card original or Bank Passbook or Bank statement for latest one year with regular transactions.

  b.) Voter ID card original.

• For ECNR - Degree Certificate original or 12th Mark sheet original.

• N.O.C is required for Govt employees with photo attestation.
